Big gotcha with mobile hot spots on Verizon iPhone: if a call comes in, everyone connected via WiFi will lose their CDMA connection.

Verizon’s iPhone FAQ page is getting hammered — it’s taking minutes to load text.

Verizon just confirmed that you can’t use data services during voice calls on CDMA iPhone, just like any other CDMA device.

CDMA iPhone is not exclusive to Verizon. Sprint and regional carriers must be thrilled.
