Spent evening at Mass General ER with David. Still amazed how such a slammed city Hospital provides such great and thoughtful patient care.

Boston Apple Store finished my 3-5 day out-of-warranty repair of my laptop overnight. I love their underpromise and overdeliver meme.

Apple Genius took my out-of-warranty Nvidia-cripped MacBook Pro back for motherboard replacement at no charge. Got to love Apple service.

MacBook Pro died with NVidia 8600M disease. Now reverting to Powerbook G4 until repair. Thank goodness for Time Machine and screen sharing.
