I made a good call on working from home today: the commuter rail train I normally take broke down on its way to Boston.

Almost a full week now back in the States. Yesterday, I actually remembered to say “Thank you” instead of “Merci” to my waiter at lunch.

Back in Boston again. It’s nice to return to the home of the bean and the cod.
